Also, one of the important features of Yemeni honey is that it retains its natural properties of pollen, royal jelly, bee food.

The Yemeni bee is also unique in that it has a high ability to adapt to the prevailing environmental conditions living and non-living. Honey is active when collecting food, and it produces white waxy discs with hexagonal eyes that are less deep and smaller in diameter than global bees.
